Mary McCoy
Mary began her career with an internship at Turning Point Mental Health Services in 2016. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State University in Denver, while working with Turning Point. She began facilitating her own groups at the end of her Bachelor’s Degree and is now a Certified Addictions Specialist, f/k/a CAC II and is trained in Advanced MRT, DV, and approved Domestic Violence Treatment Provider. Mary has a huge interest in client growth and transformation, as she comes with life experience that includes many forks in the road that brought her directly to us. Her history working in the community through various church and university organizations has helped to grow her current perspectives that help our clients to gain insight and work toward new choices in their lives. Mary currently works with a several groups that include DUI Level II Education & Therapy, MRT, Cognitive Restructuring and Parenting. She also offers individual sessions.
Susan Sandoval
Susan Sandoval is a dedicated addictions counselor and Kansas native with over 5 years
of experience helping individuals overcome substance use disorders. Currently pursuing a
doctorate in psychology at Liberty University, Susan brings academic rigor and practical
expertise to her practice. With a compassionate approach, she provides personalized counseling and support to guide clients through recovery. Holding a master of science degree from Colorado Christian University and certified by the Department of Regulatory Agency and Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board. Susan specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders, substance abuse and addiction, stress management, and personal growth. Susan works with individuals of diverse backgrounds, identities, and economic situations, utilizing individualized treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients. She helps people transition out and recover from addiction and grow through cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Susan views her role in counseling as a supportive witness while providing a growth and healing environment with clients to foster change. Her multifaceted experience enriches her understanding and approach to addiction recovery and psychological well-being. Beyond her professional life, Susan is a loving wife, mother of three, and grandmother of seven. Committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment, she collaborates with clients to empower them to achieve lasting change and a healthier future.
Erin Price
Erin is a Colorado native. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology at Metropolitan State University of Denver and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. She completed an internship at Turning Point Mental Health Services and then moved on to work as a case manager for teens and young adults at Urban Peak. She is currently an LPC Candidate and believes that everyone can grow under the right circumstances and support and that no one is too far gone.
